The two-minute read before you head out.
Bring one of these
- Any QR code for your ticket: receipt page, emailed PDF, My Tickets on the website, the Multipass app, or printed
- Your linked Multipass card (tap or scan)
- Failing all that, many events can look you up by name at their discretion. Have ID handy, especially if the event required names on tickets.
Phone about to die? Print the PDF. Old school works.
Before you leave
- Check the address. Some events show only the city publicly and reveal the full address to ticket holders, or send it by email or text on the day. Check the event page and your messages.
- Check doors time. The event page shows when doors open (it may differ from the start time).
- Check the event chat. If the event has a Community Hub, last-minute updates land there. Look for the chat icon at the top of the page.
At the door
Staff will scan your QR or card. Green check, you're in! A few events ask for a waiver signature at scan time, right on the scanner's device with your finger.
Things that slow the line down (so you can avoid them):
- Screenshots of a ticket that was since transferred. Transferred tickets are voided and reissued, so only the newest QR works.
- One QR for a group when tickets were issued individually. Pull up all of them, or use the receipt PDF, which contains every ticket.
- Dim screens. Bump your brightness up and the scanner will thank you.
Buying at the door
Many events sell at the door through Multipass. Some accept cash, others take cards on the spot. If you were told "tickets at the door," that's this.
If something goes wrong
- "Ticket already used": if you transferred your ticket and kept the old QR, that's expected. The recipient holds the valid one. Otherwise, talk to door staff. They can look up your order by name, email, or order number.
- Can't find your ticket: door staff can search by your name or email, and your receipt email has the PDF.
- Event questions (refunds for a cancelled show, re-entry, age limits): the host is listed on the event page, and their contact info is in your receipt email.
