Buying on Multipass takes a couple of minutes, and you don't even need an account.
The short version
- Open the event page, from a link the event shared or by browsing Explore Events at multipass.com.
- If the event has multiple dates or times, pick your date, then a time, to see available tickets.
- Choose your ticket type and quantity with the – and + buttons, then click Get tickets.
- Review your Cart. You can add more tickets or a promo code here.
- Click Check out, answer any questions the event asks, and pay. Done! Your tickets appear on your receipt page and in your email.
Good things to know before you click
- Tickets are held for 15 minutes. Once tickets are in your cart, the countdown at the top ("Complete your order in…") shows how long they're yours. If time runs out, or you remove them, they go back on sale.
- Prices and fees are shown up front. Each ticket shows its price, fees and total, and the cart breaks down the service fee and card fee (open Fees) before you pay.
- Promo codes: enter yours in Enter Promo Code on the event page and click Apply Promo Code, or use Add promo code in your cart. Codes can discount tickets or unlock hidden ticket types. If you followed a special link, your code may already be applied.
- Some tickets are time-limited or capped. If a ticket won't add to your order, it may be outside its sales window or nearly sold out.
- Guest checkout is fine. You can create an account during checkout, but you don't have to. (An account makes transfers, refunds, and re-downloading tickets easier. See Accounts, Guest Checkout & the Mobile App.)
Why does the payment page look different?
Multipass uses Stripe, a leader in payment security, to process payments. The payment form is hosted by Stripe, so your card details never touch Multipass. After paying, leave your browser open until you see the Multipass receipt page.
After you pay
- Your receipt page shows a QR code for each ticket.
- A receipt email arrives with your tickets attached as a PDF.
- With an account, tickets are always under My Tickets and in the Multipass app.

Seeing a pending charge but no tickets?
Rarely, after a sell-out mid-purchase or a connection hiccup, you may see a pending pre-authorization on your account. That's not a charge, and it clears automatically within 5–7 days. If you were actually charged and didn't get tickets, contact Multipass support and we'll make it right.
Questions about the event itself?
Refund policies, lineup, age limits, and so on are set by each event host. Their name is under Hosted by on the event page, and their contact info is in your receipt email.
