Your ticket is a QR code, and it lives in more places than you might think. Any one of them gets you in the door.
Where your tickets are
- Your receipt page — shown immediately after purchase, with a QR code per ticket.
- Your receipt email — tickets attached as a PDF. (Search your inbox for the event name if it's hiding.)
- Your account — log in at multipass.com and go to My Account → My Tickets to view or manage tickets for any upcoming event (and past ones via View past tickets).
- The Multipass app — the Tickets section shows every ticket linked to your account.
- A Multipass card — if you've linked a physical card to your account, tapping or scanning it at the door works in place of individual QR codes.
Bought as a guest without an account? Create one using the same email address you used at checkout and verify it — your purchases will be there waiting.
What to bring on event day
The fastest way in is any QR code from the list above — printed or on your phone. Some events can also look you up by name at the door, at their discretion (especially if the event required names on tickets).
Details like doors-open time and location are on the event page. Note that some events reveal the exact address only to ticket holders, so check back after purchase.
Event chat
Many events have a Community Hub — a chat just for ticket holders (look for "Join the Event Chat" on the event page). Updates, set times, rideshares, and hype live there.
Waivers
Some events require accepting terms during checkout, or a signature when your ticket is scanned at the door. Nothing to prepare — just a finger squiggle on the scanner's device.
Receipts and transaction history
Log in and check My Account → Transactions for past purchases and receipt details.
