You can use Multipass with no account at all — but an account (and the app) unlocks the good stuff.
Guest checkout vs. an account
As a guest you can buy tickets and get them by email. Easy.
With a free, verified account you can also:
- See all your tickets in one place (My Account → My Tickets), forever re-downloadable
- Transfer tickets and accept transfers
- Request refunds through your dashboard
- View transaction history and receipts (My Account → Transactions)
- Join event chats, follow organizations, and hold memberships
- Use the mobile app and link a physical Multipass card
Already checked out as a guest? Create an account with the same email address you used at checkout and verify it — your purchases attach automatically.
Your account dashboard
After logging in, your Dashboard is mission control: profile, My Events, My Tickets, Refunds, Organizations (follows, memberships, invitations), Transfers, Money/Payouts, Promoter Settings, and Lineup Settings. Pending ticket transfers and organization invitations appear front and center.
The Multipass app
Free on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Four main sections:
- Tickets — every ticket linked to your account, with scannable QR codes
- Scan — for working the door at events (hosts and helpers)
- Groups — validate organization memberships by scanning a member's card or account QR
- Account — pair or unlink a Multipass card, show your account QR, grab your agent link

Linking a physical Multipass card
Multipass cards have a QR code on the back and an NFC chip inside. Once linked, your card is your ticket at any Multipass event — tap or scan at the door.
- Install the app and log in (guests: use your checkout email; reset the password from the login page if needed).
- Tap Account in the bottom navigation.
- Either Link Multipass Card (NFC tap) or Link Card QR Code (scan the back) and follow the instructions.
Organizations can offer custom-branded cards to their members — same superpowers, cooler design.
