Organizations on Multipass — venues, clubs, collectives, class studios — offer more than tickets. Here's how following and membership work from your side.
Following an organization (free)
Following gets you notified about new events and special ticket promotions. Find the follow option on the organization's page (every org has one, usually at theirname.multipass.com). Some organizations screen followers with a few questions before accepting.
Becoming a member
Organizations can offer free or paid memberships, sometimes in multiple tiers (basic, VIP, etc.), billed monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually, or as a one-time lifetime membership.
To join: visit the organization's page and open their Membership section. Some orgs ask application questions; some memberships require an invitation.
What membership can get you (varies by organization):
- Member-only events — some events are invisible or locked to non-members
- Member-only ticket types and pricing — log in and you'll see tickets matched to your access level
- Early access — events that are "members-only until" a date before public sale
- Member discounts via member-specific promo codes
- Perks at the door, member profiles, and community features
Note: some organizations require membership for legal reasons (private clubs, after-hours venues). Their events may cap tickets per member — that's the org's compliance, not a glitch.
Managing or cancelling your membership
Two places:
- The organization's page where you signed up
- Your dashboard: Organization → Manage Memberships
Billing renews automatically on your membership's schedule until you cancel.
Membership at the door
Prove membership any of these ways:
- The Multipass app (staff can scan your account QR via the app's Groups feature)
- A printed or digital ticket for the event
- A co-branded physical membership card with QR and NFC, if your organization offers them (see Accounts, Guest Checkout & the Mobile App for linking)

Been invited to join an organization? Invitations appear on your Dashboard under Organization Invitations — click into the organization to review and accept.
