Multipass has a refreshed organizer dashboard. Here's a quick tour so you can find everything.
The top bar
- Organization menu (top left): switch between organizations you manage, or create a new one.
- View: open your public organization page.
- Organizer / Promoter: switch between hosting your own events and promoting other people's (see Promoters & Revenue Sharing).
- Light/dark mode, chat (event Community Hub conversations), notifications, and your account menu.
Your dashboard home
- Stats: total sales, members, followers and promoters, each with a View link
- Quick actions: Add Promo Code, Add Team Member, Send Newsletter, Public Page
- Upcoming events: tickets issued, page views and revenue for each, with View, Manage, and a … menu (view public event, make public or unlisted, copy event link, duplicate, delete)
- Share and Create event (top right)
The sidebar
- Events: All Events, Ticket Type Library and Questions, and Import
- Customers: everyone who has bought from you
- Memberships: levels, members, applications and more (see Memberships & Followers)
- Marketing: newsletters, text messages, followers, promo codes, links & QR, website embed, and promoting other events
- Promoters: your promoters and commission plans
- Team: roles and permissions (see Your Event Team & Permissions)
- Reports: analytics, sales by event, transactions, top customers, headcount, exports (see Reports & Analytics)
- Finance: balance and payouts, refunds, revenue share
- Public Page: your branded page (see Your Branded Page & Custom Design)
- Settings: general, terms & policies, custom fields, integrations, archive (see Set Up Your Organization)
Inside an event
Click Manage on any event to open its own dashboard and sidebar: Event Details, Tickets, Attendees, Marketing, Promoters, Community Hub, Reports, Finance, Team, Box Office, and Settings. New to it? Start with Create Your First Event.
