Your event page is your storefront. Everything here lives under Event Details and Settings in your event admin.
Basic information (Event Details → Details)
- Event Name and Subtitle
-
URL Path — a friendly address:
www.multipass.com/YOURPATH(and on your org's subdomain) - Event Password — if set, no details at all are shown unless a visitor enters the password. The ultimate private event.
- Date & time, optional end date/time, and a Doors Open at time
- Virtual/Online Only Event toggle
- Light/Dark Mode — force a look or honor each buyer's preference
Description
Descriptions support emojis, the HTML tags <b>, <i>, and <u>, and automatic clickable links for full URLs. Carriage returns become line breaks. Other HTML tags are restricted for coherence and security.
Image, video, and social links
- Event Details → Image — upload your artwork.
- Youtube Video URL — paste a standard YouTube link and we'll embed it.
- Event Information URL and Facebook Event URL — link out to more info.
Location — including secret locations (Event Details → Location)
Enter your venue address to show a map and directions. Running an after-hours or private event? You have two options:
- Recommended: enter the address and check the option to only reveal it to ticket holders. Nothing to remember on event day.
- Manual: leave it vague and send the address by email/text on the day. (Works, but only if you remember!)
Contact information
Buyers see your organization name and contact info on the event page and their receipts. Use the Hosted By override plus contact name/email/phone if this event should present differently from your org.
Sponsors and lineup (Team → Sponsors / Lineup)
Spotlight sponsors and performers on your event page. Performers with a Multipass lineup card (created under their own account's Lineup Settings) can be added to your lineup directly — their profile does the work.
Checkout and receipt touches (Settings)
- Add to Cart Button Text — up to 20 characters of custom flair
- Receipt Message — add a custom note to every ticket receipt email
- Terms & Conditions — require acceptance during checkout (see also waiver-at-scan in Check-In, Scanning & Door Sales)
- Tracking & Analytics — add your Google Tag Manager ID and Facebook Pixel ID for conversion tracking
The ticket-holder community (Community Hub)
Each event can have a built-in chat, visible only to ticket holders. Enable it under Community Hub, and optionally show the attendee list only after a ticket-count threshold you set. Buyers see a "Join the Event Chat" button after purchase — a great channel for hype, updates, and rideshares.
Announcements (Event Details → Announce)
Need to tell everyone something after sales start? Use Announce to email all ticket holders. If your organization has Twilio configured, you can also send text messages (see Marketing: Email, Text & Tracking).
